John Franklin "Home Run" Baker was the premier home run hitter of the Deadball Era. He led the American League in round-trippers for four consecutive seasons from 1911-14, and batted .363 in World Series play, helping bring home three championships for the Philadelphia Athletics in 1910, 1911 and 1913. Baker was elected to the National Baseball Hal of Fame in 1955. Graded VG/EX+ by SGC. Presented is a very desirable example of Hall of Famer Frank Baker, featuring four strong corners, wonderful centering and overall outstanding presentation.
