Highlights include Jim Brown, Fran Tarkenton (second year), Bart Starr, Don Meredith, Bob Lilly, YA Tittle, 4 - checklist cards (marked), and others. Topps 1963 cards, as well as their 1962 cards, are generally harder to collect in nice condition due to the color borders. This lot includes some short print cards, such as the Jim Brown, which is probably the toughest Jim Brown card to get in nice condition from the 1960s. This particular card is well centered with a clean surface and back, but has a small white area on the lower right corner. The Fran Tarkenton second year card has a clean front and back, with 4 sharp corners. The Don Meredith second year card is also a short print card, and in our estimation is in VG+ to EX condition. The remainder of the cards in this lot present well - a great lot of 1963 cards to own!
