This is a 1951 Philadelphia A's autographed (14 signatures) baseball from September 9, 1951 marked with scores from a doubleheader that day between the A's and the Red Sox (the A's won both games). A's autographs include Hall of Famer Chief Bender, Jimmie Dykes, Dick Fowler, Bob Shantz, Elmer Valo, Billy Hitchcock, Gus Zernial, Joe Tipton, Joe Astroth, Ray Murray, Farris Fain, Morris Martin, and Hank Majeski from the A's. The baseball is also signed by one Red Sox player (Walter Masterson). Includes a JSA LOA.
