Lot of 4 autographed baseballs, including: Frank Thomas on a leather Rawlings Official RPBX baseball in a nice baseball display which highlights his nickname and 1993 and 1994 AL MVPs, Mets/Phillies star Greg Jeffries on an Official NL baseball (2x All-Star), Paul Quantrill (former All Star) on an Official NL baseball, and Bret Saberhagen (3x All Star and 2x Cy Young Winner) on a Rawlings ROLB1X Official League leather baseball. Saberhagen was on of the best pitchers in baseball in the mid-late 1980s, winning the Cy Young award in 1985 and 1989. Even in the context of one of the greatest offensive ages in the history of the game, Frank Thomas’ numbers are staggering. One combination, however, stands out: No other man in baseball history has strung together seven straight seasons of 20-plus homers, 100 RBI, 100 walks and a .300 average. Not Ruth, not Gehrig, not Williams.
