1965 Topps Set (Missing 6 Cards Above) - Mostly Pack-Fresh Cards

This is a very high-quality 1965 Topps set (Missing only the following 6 PSA graded cards that are listed individually in the 6 lots just before this one - Jim Hunter #526, Pete Rose #207, Mickey Mantle #350, Hank Aaron #170, Bob Clemente #160, & Carl Yastrzemski #385). These cards are mostly pack-fresh, as the owner put the set together from packs back in 1965 and kept them stored away. This collection of cards also exhibits very nice centering overall! Graded cards include Killebrew #400 (PSA 7) and Joe Morgan rookie #16 (PSA 6). There are a lot of cards from this collection that would grade between PSA 6 and PSA 9. As is indicative of 1965 Topps baseball cards in general, some cards in this set are under and/or oversized, as they were originally produced directly from Topps's factory. For example, in this particular lot, the Mays & Carlton may be slightly undersized, whereas the Maris & Downing (last card in set) cards may be oversized. As you can see from the grades on the handful of cards we submitted to PSA, there are lots of high-grade cards in this fabulous collection! There is a huge breakdown value for collectors who are looking for graded cards.
