This is a very rare score card and ticket stub to "Babe Ruth Day" at Yankee Stadium on April 27, 1947. The score card contains rare newspaper clippings about the special day and the game! Babe gave a short speech to the over 58,000 fans who came to pay tribute to their legend. Babe was very sick with throat cancer and would pass away a few months later. Uncle Jimmy wrote the date on the cover, affixed the newspaper clippings throughout the score card, and taped the ticket stub inside the program.
